1. Return Window

  • We accept return or exchange requests up to 30 days from the date your order was delivered.

  • Requests made after 30 days will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

  • The clothing item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all product tags and labels intact.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase (such as your Order Number).

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange process, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide you with the return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or dispatch address without contacting us first.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customer Responsibility: Except in cases where we made an error (e.g., we shipped the wrong size, wrong color, or a defective item), the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.

  • Non-Refundable Charges: Original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are strictly non-refundable.

5. Refund Process & Timeline

Once we receive your returned clothing item at our center and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your package. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately through Airwallex and credited back via your original payment method within the following timelines:

  • Credit / Debit Cards: Refund will reflect within 1 to 3 business days (depending on your bank’s processing times).

  • PayPal / Local Wallets: Refund will reflect within 1 business day.

6. Order Cancellation

  • You may request to cancel your order on the same day it was placed, provided it has not been processed or shipped.

  • Once an order has been handed over to our international logistics partners (e.g., India Post, courier networks) and a tracking ID is generated, the order cannot be canceled. In such cases, you will need to receive the package and initiate a standard return.
